The agents provide excellent service. However the my Drive app is a huge disappointment. My driving is being recorded but I am unable to access the information and there is no timeline for when the issue will be resolved.
I had the best experience dealing with Intact Insurance after battling with numerous other insurers who were just unable and unwilling to assist me with my needs. Intact was friendly, honest and extremely professional. I highly recommend them.

Think the title of this says it all. The service is disgraceful, every employee I have dealt with is utterly incompetent. Worst customer service representatives.
The worst customer experience for both a construction home policy and changing car insurance information
On two separate occasions and both were rude and extremely unprofessional.
I’m in the process of making a change as quickly as possible for better rates and superior professionalism.
A 1 star is way too high for Intact/Brokerlink. This company has a revolving door of rude, undertrained, and ill-equipped staff who are unable and unwilling to work with clients. Every interaction with this company was painful. For example, a simple address change took 5 associates, 6 follow-up phone calls, 10 emails and 4 months and they never got the address correct. When I cancelled my insurance they continued to charge for months after the cancellation. Multiple complaints and the "manager" that contacted me had no authority or ability to resolve the issues. Simply a brutal company with little regard for their customers.
I talked to a represantative and she was very knowledgeable and patient during the whole process. Although, Intact's price could've been better but it was still lesser than what my current car insurance company was offering.
