My three-year-old car was classified as not economical to repair.
The claim adjuster guided me through the process professionally,
helpfully and I have received the payment three days after the reached settlement.
Had a positive experience calling Aviva after my car was declared a write-off. Staff did a great job replying to emails and keeping me updated. It did take a bit longer than expected, but I was provided a rental until the case was settled, with good rates. Overall, was very satisfied with their help and knowledge.
