I just wanted to change something on my policy. Have been waiting over 45 minutes to talk to someone. Hello, anybody there?

I needed the right passenger window and called my insurance company, but they couldn't take my claim because their system was down. He even said if someone went through the windshield of their car they wouldn't be able to process their claim because they can't verify insurance eligibility. I was disgusted none the less. I spoke to six different people over the two days I was in contact with them. I am still shaking from my experience with Shannon, the last person I spoke with. After this claim, I am definitely switching. Worst insurance company ever, based on rates and customer service.

I call to add a second vehicle to my policy and instead of being happy with more of my money, they treated me with disrespect, complete lack of professionalism and manners, no good faith trust in the customer whatsoever, I am switching to another insurance company, they are not getting my money ever again, oh and my sister is switching policy too to another company too.

Terrible customer service, I had to call them 3 times to make a change, then they screwed it up still! I am on hold right now waiting to change their error....again!

We had no fault accident and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with this guys. Left dozens of messages and no one ever call us back. Now we are stuck with one vehicle, juggling family of five. Definitely not going to renew with this company.

Had them for 10 years. The first claim on my ten yrs was a horrible experience. Switch over to SONNET Insurance, it's the Rolls Royce of Insurance companies

I've only been with this company for a month and a half my car payment is $137.97 and in this month and a half they have taken $426 dollars out of my bank account. Unauthorized payments. Then on the phone the representative said they may not be able to refund my money that they were unauthorized to take. I am livid. And if anyone needs insurance stay away from Sharp and Aviva Insurance!

One of the top biggest scam company on the universe, worst customer service by hiring also crocks agents to investigations. No trust in customers whatsoever. Insurance companies are supposed to treat policy holders with utmost good faith but them they have utmost bad faith. Just briefly, I have a damaged boat that is covered under any type of collision and they spent over 6 months to tell me that I didn't have insurance coverage because i didn't provide an appraisal for my boat at the time when I insured it. My broker said to me that since your boat is not older than 20 years, so that they shouldn't have asked for one. I know that they are playing me those crooks. The comments on this website and other web pages appear to be real experience of innocent people like me and you. I won't stop watch this happening to my boat which is worth over $30,000 dollar and I'm going to sue this company. They deny coverage to almost anyone they want to and they hope that they get away with it. I encourage anyone who has a problem like me to hire a paralegal for less cost and FIGHT them. Don't leave them alone because this company should really close down and not to operate anymore because it doesn't serve the consumers fairly. I paid them insurance premiums for 5 months and at the end they just returned all the premium saying I didn't have coverage, seriously!!!!

They're lucky I couldn't give a 0 star rating or I would. I have been dealing with them for three years and my depression and anxiety has never been higher. The insurance adjuster I am dealing with is draining the life from me. Thank goodness my husband switched, so if we ever get in another accident I will never have to deal with this again. I wouldn't even recommend Aviva to my worst enemy.

I had purchased auto insurance with NEW CAR REPLACEMENT. My neighbour's tree fell on my car, 1st appraiser came out and the estimate needed roof reconstructed, plus my windshield and frame separated from the roof. The car is literally not safe on the road. Here is the thing, I had left message after message, finally, I reached another person, they claim that they had called me back and left messages, I had asked them when? She changes the conversation then finally she just gave me the date, and I asked what number did they call me? She couldn't provide to me then she had said they will send another appraiser out to give 2nd opinion. I called to collision centre, there was NO 2nd appraiser, I had many professional body shops came out and no one thinks the car would be safe on the road. They are a bunch of dishonest people. For over 39 years of driving, never caused any accident, this sucks
