It has become a nightmare for me to have Aviva as, my insurance company. They have declared me at fault in an accident without having a serious investigation. I was shocked by their customer service right from the care team to their ombudsman department. They want to penalize me for an accident that is not my fault. I don't think that's fair. Also, customer service here is at its lowest level.
I have this car insurance for over a year, the payment amount went up by almost 100$ because of my ticket. There is no problem with that but the thing is every time I asked my broker something, she always texts me back late or sometimes never answered. She just calls when it comes to money, also during the pandemic I got laid off from work, I asked my broker if she can delay my payment because I don’t have work she refused that request because the company Aviva is a private company... Well, I’m gonna transfer to another car insurance... I don’t wanna waste my money with this company ever again.
RBC Insurance I would not go with them! Too much money! Add $142 a month on top of crazy!

Aviva is a horrible company to deal with. Extremely slow at settling claims, unfair and unethical appraisal values. What an awful company to have to deal with.
