After being rear-ended I contacted my insurance. By December 27 they had my car arranged to go in get fixed. Agent was great to deal with she handled everything. Pointed out things I was not aware of. I recommend them highly.

I have held a policy with TD insurance for a couple of years now and recently called in to change my policy. The representative I was speaking with was patient, knowledgeable and helpful, didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time at all! In fact, she even corrected a mistake in my previous policy, and I now pay significantly less for my policy than I did previously! Definitely give TD a try!

On the 17th of January 2020, I was involved in an accident. I was not at fault. And the at-fault party also uses TD Insurance. This meant I got the opportunity of experiencing TD Insurance from vehicle replacement to accident benefits to a body injury settlement. The staff were extremely excellent and fair. I got excellent amount for my car and I was able to buy a far better car with the funds given to me by TD Insurance. I enjoyed massages (physiotherapy) and psychotherapy sessions based on accident benefits. All the staff explained the entire process to me. The lady (adjuster) for the accident benefit was so kind and helped me through the shock of the Coronavirus period. I got constant checkup calls from the adjuster for the settlement. I got frequent letters from TD Insurance informing of changes in the process. This staff work across Canada and yet it feels as though live beside each other. You can feel the oneness of purpose and unity and service excellence from all of them. I am grateful and I am happy to be insured by TD Insurance. I was so encouraged that I improved my insurance policy to two insurance. The settlement was great. I highly strongly recommend TD Insurance. They are stable safe and secure. You are simply the BEST.

I had some issues because a former representative wasn't honest to me about suspending my insurance, I didn't save any money. I called back and was frustrated the representative was no help. But, I talked to another representative and she found discounts, my insurance used to be 430.00 monthly, she brought it down to 260.00. She also reduced my sister's. I am very happy with the service! This is the reason I decided not to leave TD.

I recently purchased insurance for my new vehicle and could not be happier than I am with the competitive rates. Note then that, the customer service, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff far exceeded my expectations. I called back with a minor question today. Representative thoroughly explained what the wording on the document meant and answered my questions about acquiring tenant insurance (which I had been meaning to do). Not only did she take extra time to go over every possible product that was available, but she helped me get set up with the coverage I required for our home, she found savings in bundling the package with my vehicle insurance that saved me money on the bundle. The rates were already lower by quite a bit compared to their fellow competitors. My experience, so far, has been outstanding and I can not recommend the company strongly enough for your insurance needs.

I was so impressed by the service and convenience! From the moment I called in to notify them of my accident the service was impeccable - within 1/2 an hour I had a claim number, and agent. Within 1 day I had an appointment at the Auto Center (at my convenience) where I brought my vehicle, met my agent, went in to the service bay to discuss the damage, and stepped into my rental (of comparable make and model) all within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend.

The agent was efficient and quick. It usually takes hours to get a quote and he gave me three competitive quotes in 30 minutes or less. He was polite and courteous and I am so pleased with this service. I will definitely recommend TD!

I can't believe how seamless dealing with TD Insurance has been. Everyone there seems to be professional and polite. Hardly any bureaucratic BS. Never had to wait to speak with somebody. Just perfect.
