Well 13 years + have passed, 2 claims and I was very pleased with all the staff but I had to say goodbye (cancelled today) for home and auto, boat and travel trailer insurance. We have moved to the province of QC and Belair Direct QC is very different. I have transferred all to them except they do not cover travel trailers and there was only one that I could find to do a stand alone policy (not with the House). I would recommend the ON office to anyone and have been doing it for years. Keep up the good work!
I called to change my address and they increased my payment amounts. I was moving within my city - literally a few blocks away - and it went up $300!!
I switched just a few months ago because they were saving me money from my old company. Now I am paying MORE than I was paying before.
I will be CANCELLING my policy as soon as it is time for renewal.

I thought Rogers was the worst one but I believe BelAirDirect managed to pass them... What a disaster ! First, they didn't do what they needed to do, 3 months later they blame me and try to cancel my policy with out letting me know. Unbelievable. I would be driving around thinking that I have insurance till a police officer pulls me over..

Stay away from belair direct. They are extremely over priced. They change your renewal date without notifying you (because I made a switch on a vehicle), the cancellation fee is huge and they cannot even explain how they calculate the penalty. And when asking to speak to a supervisor, we were told she was too busy and would call us back at her earliest convenience (4 days later). Horrible service and way overpriced product!
