I spent over an hour yesterday trying to purchase both house and car insurance. After being placed on hold I was disconnected. The sales representative called back and spent another 10 minutes taking more info from me. In the middle of calculating my premiums, I was told that their computer crashed. So the representative made an appointment to call at a specific hour today. She did not call back. If a company can't service a buyer what a disaster it would be to have a claim. I will not be dealing with this company EVER
