Terrible TD home insurance

TD Employees are trained to only say "I'm sorry" without offering anything else to customers, like myself, who after 18 years of paying claims was bounced around from incompetent agent to agent. Even when I reached their Customer Care department, and assured I would no longer have to wait WEEKS for a response, I waited WEEKS between each call. If you like being placed on holds, never getting an agent to pick up the phone, your emails ignored and the most frustrating claims adjusters, this is the company for you. I have never been treated worse or spent so much time trying to get a claim resolved like I have with TD. I am moving all my business elsewhere.
Do not even consider insuring your valuables with TD (Meloche Monnex). We have called the 'Customer Service' line for 4 days with no response! 1st day: on hold 1.5 hours, 2nd day: 3.5 hours, 3rd day: 4 hours, today: 1/2 hours. We still have not talked with them! They do not respond to emails either. We used Registered Mail to cancel our policy today and WILL NEVER have business with TD again EVER! We have been paying dues for 26 years with no claims. I feel so used.
On 13th June 2020, my SUV and two houses were damaged and it been two months and I am nowhere yet. I probably spent over 60 hours on calls with them and the adjusters won't even answer or call back, also they will not reply to the emails. Finally, they are paying for one of my houses and the payment amount is 50% which actually will cost me to fix the house. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TD insurance at all. Find a better company!
Getting ahold of customer service representatives is nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered and the hold times on the phone and online chat are HOURS. Once I actually get ahold of someone they are always very friendly and helpful but it's insane how long the wait times are.

I wish I could give negative feedback. Terrible service. After 20 years in TD insurance, first claim, 2 months no response. Called adjuster, emailed adjuster. No response from TD insurance! Terrible!!!
