Very little to none in the way of personal attention from the service centers.
Response was slow and I was not sure how my claim was being handled until I surprisingly got a check settlement in the mail apprx 3 months after initial contact.

The process in which pay out for loss was not clearly explained ahead of time. I was told to give value of lost products but was not told I would get value minus 15% until payout time.
