I cannot say enough about the service I received today from Ashley from Westland Insurance Nanaimo BC. She helped me so much with a very complicated condo earthquake insurance issue. I just wanted to thank and compliment Kendall D. for her patience and assistance in renewing our car insurance online. I really appreciate not having to come into the office at this time - due to COVID concerns of course - and Kendall made the signing experience as clear and simple as possible.

I live in an apartment building and had a flood in 2015 that was dealt with by a very friendly and knowledgeable adjuster. Every time I call or email Westland Insurance with regards to strata deductible amount change or renewal etc. I was met with very friendly and helpful staff. Note that they only cover up to $50,000 for strata deductible and you would need to purchase additional strata deductible coverage from another insurer that they use to cover the difference if your strata deductible is higher than $50,000.

I noticed the agent was thorough in disinfecting her hands prior to dealing with me especially during this Covid time we are living in. She was friendly, efficient and thorough. She made it a very pleasant experience and I was in and out of there quickly. Great customer service!

I have been with Westland for a few years and have been satisfied with their service. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim yet but their rates are reasonable and Gurjinder at the Royal Mall location has answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them as an insurance provider.

Due to the increase of condo insurance, we took our renewal and our strata insurance with us, to ensure we were covered for the Strata’s increased deductibles. The representative checked everything for us. He was quick and processed our payment and answered our questions.

I found extreme value with Westland when I had a claim. They went above and beyond to make sure repairs were done quickly and to our level of expectation. I can not say enough good things about my experience.

Awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and followed up when she said she would. My experience other companies I have dealt with were slow in response times.
