My husband and I are very satisfied with the exceptional Customer Service at this branch in the Evergreen Mall. All of the Brokers that we have dealt with, (Don, Nicole, Linda and Brandon) are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We are extremely happy with the service there and will continue to do business with them.

Huge shoutout to Westland Insurance. If anyone is needing home insurance in general or for a licensed daycare, I would highly recommend the ladies at Westland Insurance. Karen and Nicole were absolutely awesome. We had quite the frustrating experience the other day. Our previous Insurance company ...after 3 years with them, they have decided to deny covering any licensed daycares in need of home insurance. I went to two other insurance companies prior to trying Westland and company after company denied us for home insurance because of the licensed daycare in the home...Even though I have a specific separate liability policy for the daycare. They will cover the unlicensed daycare but not the licensed...crazy. Makes no sense at all. It's getting harder and harder for licensed daycares to get coverage. Thankfully we are insured again now...thanks to Westland Insurance.

Amazing!

I have been with Westland for many years and they have always been great to deal with. I had my first claim with them last year, it was a water damage claim caused by a leaky washing machine. I was afraid it might not be covered or that I would have resistance from the insurance company, but it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend.

Did you know that Ontarians pay, on average, $47/month in homeowners insurance? Looking to change your home insurance or simply want ensure that you do not overpay? Our home insurance quotes are among the most competitive.

Would definitely recommend!!

You need insurance and I can not think of a better place to purchase it. The employees are very knowledgeable and always give you the time you need. You never feel rushed and they always make you feel welcome and appreciated. I live an hour north and I feel the drive is well worth my time. I would recommend Westland Insurance in Osoyoos to anyone. Thank you, ladies.

Horrible to deal with

The response time is awful. They do not take down information accurately and when you call them on it, it takes several attempts to get the information fixed. My policy is actually up and I paid the premium but things are still pending. Two and three days to respond to emails. I have been a customer for a long time but will switch next year as I am sick of dealing with the bad service. They also don't explain things properly and I found out my policy could have been void although I had paid the premium for years as I did not know I should have had certain info disclosed but I had never been asked that question. Just horrible service.

Are you a condo unit tenant? Remember that neither your condominium corporations' policy nor your landlord's insurance policy protects you as a tenant (3rd part liability, contents, etc.). If you do not have your own insurance policy, get your condominium insurance quote today.

No notice -

Was advised that Westland will no longer provide stand alone condo insurance next year but would cover it for this year as this is a recent change. Even got a letter asking if I wanted to continue with my coverage. When I called to renew I was told they no longer wanted to insure the condo. No explanation other than they no longer wanted to insure stand alone condos. When I stated that they had offered to insure for this year the response was "sorry we can't help you". Very disappointed as they did not uphold the action they had promised.

I was happy with Westland in the past. I joined them again 2 yrs ago. I was never aware of any penalty for cancelling with the policy year. I usually pay annually, but since my condo was on the market - I chose to go monthly payments. The condo will be transferred in April this year - but was sold in Jan. I spoke to a rep in Jan before the renewal - about the ending of my policy in April. He said that was fine and to still fill in a release doc. No one brought to my attention cancellation within the year following renewal. I assumed it was month to month - as I had a sale for my condo. Very disappointed to pay any amount - as I was not aware of this situation and thought that only a months notice is needed as for all other services.
