Westland Insurance Home Insurance Reviews

I have been with Westland for a few years and have been satisfied with their service. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim yet but their rates are reasonable and Gurjinder at the Royal Mall location has answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them as an insurance provider.

Due to the increase of condo insurance, we took our renewal and our strata insurance with us, to ensure we were covered for the Strata’s increased deductibles. The representative checked everything for us. He was quick and processed our payment and answered our questions.

I found extreme value with Westland when I had a claim. They went above and beyond to make sure repairs were done quickly and to our level of expectation. I can not say enough good things about my experience.

I dealt with Megan S. for our course of construction insurance, our auto insurance and our contents insurance on our rental. She is fantastic. Very efficient, friendly, and on top of things. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They handled our claims in a quick time. They are always pleasant to deal with. Our new policy on a new home was very acceptable to us.
