We dealt with Westland Insurance in Nanaimo. The Agent was very professional and helpful. We were with a different company last year but she provided us with a quote that was comparable and cheaper, so we switched! Thank you for all your help!
Agent at the Steveston branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...explained all details of both our condo unit and condo building insurance, as we have both insured with Westland. Felt we had made the right decisions when we left. Would highly recommend for service, but fortunately can't say what payment procedure is like.

Worst customer service ever.
Our Agent Ryan wasn't able to put together our policies correctly for 7 months almost resulting in a Foreclosure due to lack of insurance from these bozos.
