I had several conversation with different agents and always received a very professional and useful advices. I made a mistake in my policy and people from Square One helped me to fix it and provided refund in spite of insurance company had no obligation to fix my error. The true measure of an insurance company is always how they handle a claim, but unless you have prior claims you never know that until something happens, but from the point of view of obtaining a quote and purchasing a policy from the comfort of your own computer Square One is a winner!
