Great follow ups, seamless transition between online quotes and phone conversations, and a no-hassle way of getting a policy in place with a minimum of overhead. Rates came across as very competitive. Luckily, we haven't had to make a claim yet, so I can't comment on the claims side - I hope the standard is as high there.
