I had auto insurance with them, each time I call for help the agents are rude and difficult to talk.
I have been with Allstate Etobicoke for almost a year. They gave me a great price and are always pleased when I've had to contact them. I have referred my mom here as well and she is extremely happy with the price and friendly knowledgeable service she received from Brampton Location. I recommend this insurance company to everyone looking for insurance!!!
The auto insurance representative at the Cambridge location was very condescending over the phone during a simple conversation about making a payment. I was really dissatisfied with her service and will be looking for another insurance company to switch to.
