I would like to mention insurance agent Sherri. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I have referred her to many of my clients, in need of auto insurance. She never disappoints. She is an asset to the company, caring for her customers, in a friendly professional manner. Thanks, Sherri!
I have been with Allstate for several years we have all our vehicles and residence insurance, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE???? I spent almost 2 hours waiting to speak to representative... we originally spoke to broker who gave us incorrect information, we discovered this when transferred through to claims for new windscreen, the rep was polite at first then became irate we asked to speak to supervisor he refused and was starting to act offensively. I spoke to him explained how we didnt want to fight the world is in chaos right now we just want to speak to supervisor as if broker giving out incorrect information IT needed to clarified... he cut us off!!! My advice to ALLSTATE.... HIRE SENIORS WHO WOULD ENJOY STILL BEING PART OF WORKING WORLD... COMMON SENSE WOULDNT BE SUCH A PROBLEM WHEN DEALING WITH YOUR REPRESENTATIVES.
