Waited for over an hour the first time I called in got hung up on by the rep, they called back 45 min later the time it took me to call back and remain on hold again. After I put my claim in went to the auto body shop a month later and my paperwork still had not been received by All State, I have now been sitting on hold for another hour just to ask them to send my paperwork over, again. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend All State Insurance at all!

Never return calls until you leave a nasty recorded message. Just pay a late fee on scam service. Pay bill in full, then receive another for unknown reason with NO explanation. Always on hold for 30 minutes before someone picks up, pretty sure agents are working from bed. Always have an excuse for not returning calls. They got me once, but never again. Keep your distance. I wonder why people HATE insurance companies. Just glad I did not need to make a claim.

Non-existent customer service.
Rates are outrageous.
Claim repairs are sent to wherever they feel like it.

Does anyone actually work here anymore? No responses to emails, phone calls or voicemails. The worst company to deal with. This has caused a lot of stress and anxiety when a simple response could have resolved many issues. Miserable service.

I have a car claim with no answer from for over a month! I’m on hold for hours. No one calls back. Don’t even consider Allstate insurance if you don’t want to be left with no answer, no car and no money, choose different insurance.

After being on call waiting for 41 minutes. Message was due to heavy call volume, we might not be able to help you. You may call us back during business hours tomorrow.
You could be the best insurance company in the world but if customers has to wait 40 minutes and over on a call, I would say your customer service is the worst than the so-called 3rd world countries.

I have auto and home insurance with All states. When I call the line no one responds to my call, I have to wait 30 plus minutes, and then I have to give up on wait time and call again. No one picks up call ever. It brings stress in customers who are trying to get hold of agents.

I hope they can make efforts to timely respond to customers calls. The agents don’t even respond to emails ever. It’s frustrating when we pay them in timely manner.

For over 3 months I am calling them to remove my car off the insurance that they said is scrapped, and they are still charging me. Their staff keep saying the same thing, we have everything, and we are processing, and it takes 10 days. My advice, you will continuously be paying for a non-existing vehicle. Very, very poor support and system. Do not buy from them.

I had an auto insurance policy through Allstate, and didn’t have any issues! Other than the fact that I submitted a void cheque way before my payment was due to come out and was told it was updated. They then still proceeded to take the payment out of the wrong account. I emailed a broker that I have been talking to and helped me start my policy, and was told that it was updated, and they would try to take it out again. They took the payment out of the wrong account for a second time, leading to my auto policy now being cancelled unless I come up with the full amount. Long story short, I am being cancelled for something that is not the fault of my own. Be cautious with this company as a cancellation can affect your chances of getting low rates/monthly payments. Very disappointed as I was not apologized to, but yet punished for something that isn’t my fault.
