Intact Insurance doesn't want to help a customer when in need. They called me with a claim against my insurance and would not help out in the least bit. When I had finally dealt with it on my own and called to let them know I had taken care of the issue, they couldn't even figure out what I was talking about. Now since the horrible help, I have decided to not renew the policy. Again I am being told they have no help for me. I did not receive a renewal policy and they just say they mailed and will not stop the insurance wow eh.
Terrible to deal with. My "representative" barely spoke english and they tried to short me significantly on my claim, even though my policy said otherwise. Look elsewhere for insurance, I did and I saved 50%
This company is a joke, they do not care about their customers. They are the definition of a sneaky insurance company. Never use Intact insurance, you will be completely dissatisfied with them if you ever need to make a claim, or have to interact with the company in any way. They do not want to work with you, they just want your money and will do everything possible(including illegal things) to make sure you are not helped and they make more money. Huge mistake
