This company is not worth your time of day. Do not insure your vehicle with them. They happily take your money and provide you with little to no customer service. Communication is horrible, the adjusters have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about, they love to ignore your emails. They deny as much as possible and do not want to be accountable for anything. I have nothing good to say about this really disgusting company.
If u thinking to switch to Aviva, I’ll advise you to think twice. The worst insurance in customer service, terrible company... Extremely disappointed with the service level in relation to standard customer service no communication either by phone or email.

Still no settlement. It's been 210 days since accident. Unbelievable.
Voice-mail, email no response. No one at aviva seems to care.
Absolutely horrible to deal with. The low rates aren’t worth the horrendous service. They take forever to reply to voicemails and emails.
I have been disgusted by Aviva, there staff are ignorant and abusive and the simply fail to respond to claims in a reasonable time frame.
I had a vehcile accident on the 6th of October 2023, I filed a claim on the 20th of October 2023... it is now almost 6 months later on the 28th of March 2024 and the ignorant and incompentant staff will simple not respond to a request for an update.
I have send over 20 emails on an almost weekly basis and every single email is ignored.
These people are horrible, ignorant, rude and simply people who go about their lives punishing others and blaming others for their own unhappiness.
