I have only had two experiences with claims. In one case the car had to be written off, dispite my having spent substantial money to make it safe for my children, but I think this would have happened with most companies. They represent good value for the money. Customer service has always been prompt and courteous, although the paperwork does not always explain why changes are being made to the policy.

As far as I know the coverage is adequate and the cost comparable to other insurers

Promptness with addressing claim and car really not held up excessively. Allowed me to be involved in choosing garage responsible for repairs. Overall excellent service.
