It has become a nightmare for me to have Aviva as, my insurance company. They have declared me at fault in an accident without having a serious investigation. I was shocked by their customer service right from the care team to their ombudsman department. They want to penalize me for an accident that is not my fault. I don't think that's fair. Also, customer service here is at its lowest level.
