Great customer service and lowest price I came across

I was talking to an agent named Chander and was treated poorly by him. I was inquiring about my insurance renewal and he told me that inflation affects rates but I said, we the customers are also affected by inflation but how can you, Belair, help us with it? He said he didn’t appreciate talking to me. I think that it is valid for customers to ask questions out of curiosity but maybe due to the lack of his knowledge or training, he could not provide me with a sufficient answer. I was very disappointed and hung up immediately. This isn’t the first time this is happening. I’ve dealt with this many times and it surprises me because I have multi-car and home insurance and have been with Belair for 4-5 years. There are so many gaps in the service they provide to customers, sometimes that the calls last for about 2 hours because they don’t know what to do.
Very impressed with the quick response. Ian & Julian were both efficient and personable. Ian as a knowledgeable professional had fixed the problem for me in no time. Found the best deal! Overall great experience.

I've had no claims with Belairdirect. So I can't speak to their follow-through. However, the staff through my experiences have been very helpful, polite and easy to work with. I'm knocking on wood and hope to never need to experience the claims side of things but I do have a free accident with them if it occurs.
Overall great experience. Far better than my experience with another company.
I've only been insured for 1 month, so no claims yet (I'll update my review later if necessary), but I have honestly never had better customer service with ANY company than I've had with BelairDirect so far. The agent I worked with (Mark L) went way above and beyond to get me the best possible rate. I haven't had car insurance since high school (which was a LONG time ago) so to help me get proof of that insurance and lower my rate, he called my grandpa AND my grandpa's insurance company for me. When they wouldn't release the info to him, he hooked up a group call and sat on hold with me (for a long time) and cracked hilarious jokes... and then did it all over again when our call was accidentally dropped! He saved me more than $500 with a fully-stacked plan and undercut every other quote I got by a long shot. I really felt like I was working with a person and not a salesman. Fingers crossed that the claims process is this good!
A representative was so professional and knowledgeable that I not only reinstated my insurance but also change my mind of switching over my insurance company for better rates upon my renewal. Thank you for working with the customer's needs and helping me to get back on the road with very good coverage.
