I had a ceiling leak. I opened a claim for the first time. At the beginning seems they care, but I was wrong. They kept changing adjusters. To be exact 4 adjusters in spans of 3 three weeks. I had to call them every day. They practically ignored my claim while I had the coverage for this service. They have not resolved the issue yet.
They are absolutely useless and unprofessional.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
