They auto-renewed my policy for 30% higher than what I was originally paying, did not receive renewal papers for this change. Once I found this out by seeing a larger amount come out of my chequing account, I cancelled and found a cheaper policy. I was then charged a "mid-term" cancellation fee because they already processed the renew. Horrible service, would not go back nor recommend based on this.
