I dealt with Megan S. for our course of construction insurance, our auto insurance and our contents insurance on our rental. She is fantastic. Very efficient, friendly, and on top of things. Love that I can call her and get a quote within minutes. I left my auto insurance to the last minute, and Megan saved me! Thanks, Megan!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. They handled our claims in a quick time. They are always pleasant to deal with. Our new policy on a new home was very acceptable to us.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the exceptional Customer Service at this branch in the Evergreen Mall. All of the Brokers that we have dealt with, (Don, Nicole, Linda and Brandon) are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Huge shoutout to Westland Insurance. If anyone is needing home insurance in general or for a licensed daycare, I would highly recommend the ladies at Westland Insurance. Karen and Nicole were absolutely awesome. We had quite the frustrating experience the other day. Our previous Insurance company ...after 3 years with them, they have decided to deny covering any licensed daycares in need of home insurance. I went to two other insurance companies prior to trying Westland and company after company denied us for home insurance because of the licensed daycare in the home...Even though I have a specific separate liability policy for the daycare. They will cover the unlicensed daycare but not the licensed...crazy. Makes no sense at all. It's getting harder and harder for licensed daycares to get coverage. Thankfully we are insured again now...thanks to Westland Insurance.

I have been with Westland for many years and they have always been great to deal with. I had my first claim with them last year, it was a water damage claim caused by a leaky washing machine. I was afraid it might not be covered or that I would have resistance from the insurance company, but it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend.

Sandy and the staff are always friendly and very helpful!!! They are very knowledgeable and when you do have a problem, they are always there to help you with your concerns!!

You need insurance and I can not think of a better place to purchase it. The employees are very knowledgeable and always give you the time you need. You never feel rushed and they always make you feel welcome and appreciated. I live an hour north and I feel the drive is well worth my time. I needed some homeowners insurance, so I was recommended to see a woman named Harpreet S. on 7488 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3W 0H9, She helped me to choose right home insurance but also saved me money on my premium. Win Win situation. She was very friendly and knowledgeable woman. I will be recommending this woman to others. It's not very common to find a knowledgeable person with the right attitude and helping nature like Harpreet S.

Naj Kanda was very professional prompt helpful and knowledgeable. Asked the right questions and provided great service. I received her quote asap and compared with another company i was trying to receive info from which was incorrect. Naj was far superior. A pleasure to deal with and great day overall.
