I was paying $260 for full coverage comprehension insurance for a 2022 MITSUBISHI GT, that was a discounted rate under a group plan. I already felt at $260/month I was already over paying as everyone else I talked to was getting better rates than I was else where .
I moved and no longer was able to get a group discount since I was the only one insured with TD, a broker called me and told me that now i’m no longer under a group discount and my rate was going to be changed to $350 IMMEDIATELY, even though i signed a contract for my previous rate .
I called multiple other insurance places and they were all significantly less than TD was.
ALSO TD charges extra too because when you cancel your insurance you get refunded money which is weird to me that they never disclosed they were taking more money than they needed .
Shop around , TD is a complete rip off. Any place well offer a better rate!
