It took too long, came early and still not finished in 2 hours. Sales staff barely talked and poor customer service.

I simply cannot come to understand why the record of someone in my household should affect me. Belair was the only quote I could afford due to covid and refused to take me because of someone else's driving record. I'm appalled. Do they not want the business? There is nothing wrong with my driving and it's completely unfair. Guess I won't be driving anytime soon or getting to my job.
I filled out the online form to buy car insurance today
and when I finished gave me a quote quickly. When I called to confirm and buy a telephone operator could hardly speak English and I am fluently bilingual.
She said she had to ask the same questions again and the date she had told me for a claim I reported more than 4 years ago was somehow wrong according to her but it wasn't on the form I filled out an hour earlier so she said based on changing the date of that claim my premium would increase by $47 per month WHAT A JOKE AND POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD
Not only did talk all nice and make it sound like I was saving money using them, they cancelled my policy after just one month after reviewing my past driving history rather than reviewing it at the time of purchase. Instead of refunding my money back to me, they held on to it and kept giving excuses as to how they were going to process the refund. They will take your money, but not refund it in the same matter. They never owned up to the mistakes they made, instead tried to turn around and say I was not being honest with them. Then they tried to ask for more money in order for me to continue having valid insurance. They are complete crooks. They should be put out of service after being sued in a class-action lawsuit. In a pandemic and a time of crisis, they continue to steal money from hard-working consumers...
I spent over an hour yesterday trying to purchase both house and car insurance. After being placed on hold I was disconnected. The sales representative called back and spent another 10 minutes taking more info from me. In the middle of calculating my premiums, I was told that their computer crashed. So the representative made an appointment to call at a specific hour today. She did not call back. If a company can't service a buyer what a disaster it would be to have a claim. I will not be dealing with this company EVER
We received a quote and it increased once we were on the phone with them so we said no! The agent said she will hold the account and call us the next day, when she called we said no. The next week they withdrew the month's fees. When I called and stated they took the money they said it takes 2 weeks to return, even though we do not have an account with them, thieves at best!!!
