Basement flood 5 yrs ago resulted in $50,000 claim. It took only 2 phone calls and 1 visit to complete and receive settlement.
Called with an enquiry about my renewal (received nothing in the mail, only an email reminder) 1 week before due date. Over 8 years as a client for house and cars with not a single claim. Out of the blue was asked about the types of plumbing in my house which has Poly B. Told they would no longer provide insurance coverage. The policy was already at $1995/ year for the house with maximum discounts. AVOID! We are cancelling cars at renewal time as I have zero trust in them.
