Terrible customer service! Stay away from Allstate!
My car was stolen on 30-August-2021 I contacted Allstate right away was told that adjuster Johan M will call within the hour but 6 days later no call was received and when I am calling Allstate I had been on the phone for more than 1.5 hours and as soon as someone picks up the phone they hanging up right away knowing who I am and could call me back but never done!
Stay away from Allstate!

They will not call you, and when your car is stolen and you file a claim they will avoid you the whole time and not call you back once. It has been over 2 months and my fiancé hasn’t heard anything about his car... It was a total loss, and they have yet to call us about a settlement. Worst communication skills ever.

I have had a worst ever experience with this company, I didn't want to write but believe me their customer service poor quality made me this writable, their agents are not enough knowledge for the process, please save your time and avoid them

Got a new car after being with Allstate for 6 years I requested a date to be withdrawn out of my account. They choose 2 days before the date I choose and now every month my insurance bounces they refused to change it because it's a new policy. Cancelled and went somewhere else for half the amount and they are charging me 2x my monthly amount only having the policy for less than a month. Total rip-off! Don't go with these guys!!!
