I have been with them for over 10 years. I have had claims and they were extremely helpful and accomodating. The service and administration was fantastic.

Great staff, great service. The representative was very friendly and help me with the claim. Everything went smoothly, it took a little bit of time but could not expect anything better regarding the service.

My insurance cost rose by 74% because of a claim and before the renewal date even though I have accident forgiveness on my policy

Our vehicle sustained a lot of damage as a result of being hit by a deer. We contacted Belaire claims dept. resulting in a very prompt, professional handling of our claim. Our vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and quality of the repair was excellent. Belaire kept us informed throughout the process. We were very happy with the reponse and level of service we received.

Well 13 years + have passed, 2 claims and I was very pleased with all the staff but I had to say goodbye (cancelled today) for home and auto, boat and travel trailer insurance. We have moved to the province of QC and Belair Direct QC is very different. I have transferred all to them except they do not cover travel trailers and there was only one that I could find to do a stand alone policy (not with the House). I would recommend the ON office to anyone and have been doing it for years. Keep up the good work!

Only good things to say about Belair Direct

I noticed a lot of negative comments here about Belair and they may be true but I have had nothing but good experiences with Belair. Rates are cheaper than I have found. 2017 terrain and 2007 silverado at about $200 a month are cheap. My wife had an accident about a month ago a truck rear-ended her and totalled the car. They worked hard and quickly to get everything done. Thanks

I called to cancel insurance on two cars during these times of not working during the virus. It was not a problem and they further reduced the other vehicle because it now is only used for store runs. (Low mileage) Very helpful and easy. Saved me money which is what I need in these times of not working.

A good job was done with respect to my claim. I hope Belairdirect will keep it up and treat other customers similarly well.

Start to finish time was a little long but the finished product was well worth the wait. I had a great rental for the intern time so the only inconvenience was being without my car. Сorrespondence was good with everyone and the hiccups were ironed out. The end result justified the means.
