What was once a quick, pleasant call to a customer service agent has now been shipped to overseas representatives, hard to understand, take forever (literally 10-minute call in the past now took 45 minutes), typing loudly into the phone. Shopping around for a new insurance agency after 10 years.....do not want to ever be stuck on the phone with customer service for this company again!
